Better yet, how about raising you Chao to be a little "rascal" being with the likes of Shadow, Dr. Eggman or Rouge. This is all possible with the new breed of Chao in Sonic Adventure 2. Chao are now directly affected by which game characters interact with them, and over time, their personality and appearance will change. Also, your Chao's personality is affected by how you interact with them...bully your Chao and he might just turn out to become a little rascal... |  |

Exclusive to Sonic Advneture 2: Battle Chao are even cuter, and the communication with Chao is a lot more fun with the GBA link cable. Your Chao grow up differently depending on how you raise them. They can be smart Hero Chao, or could be mean Dark Chao. Raising Chao, who have their own behavior and intelligence, is now much more fun! Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance are now linked together. |

| For the first time, you can now connect two different format software! Now connect "Sonic Adventure 2 Battle" for GameCube with the software for Game Boy Advance, "Sonic Advance." You can even transfer your Chao to your Game Boy Advance even if you don't have the software, Sonic Advance. From now on, you can take your Chao anywhere you want at anytime. There is a downloadable movie that shows you how to use the link." | In the Chao garden, you can raise your own unique Chao using the Chaos drives and small animals that you collect in the action stages. In the updated Chao kindergarten, you can name your Chao, or purchase various items using the rings that you've collected. In addition to the well-known Chao race, you can also participate in Chao Karate. It's much more fun to try it with your friend's Chao. |

| If you put your Chao in the transporter, you can take your Chao to the Game Boy Advance's Tiny Chao garden. You can also transfer your Chao or any tree fruits that you raised in the Tiny Chao garden back to the Chao garden in the GameCube. | Not only you can buy tree fruits depending on the number of rings collected in the main game, you can also get more rings by playing the mini games in the Tiny Chao garden. There are some rare Chao eggs that can only be found in the Tiny Chao garden. You can transfer your Chao and tree fruits to the Chao garden. If you have the software cartidge, you can take your Chao and raise it anywhere! |
