In the Security Hall stage, a lot of Hint Boxes are set in order even just in the lower floor. In the 4th mission, check out all of the 9 hints carefully to collect all 3 Chaos Emeralds. You should be able to find all Chaos Emeralds in 3 minutes. Go for it!
